Phase 2 - Pilot & Reflection

Our Pilot & Reflection Phase is a 12-week pilot where we deploy, assess outcomes in order to learn and refine in order to optimise results moving forward.

  • Deploy Oka - To an employee subset. As well as launching the pilot program and helping to craft appropriate communication this can also include training sessions, coaching for leaders to ensure understanding and commitment, establishing who key stakeholders are and ensuring that those key stakeholders are able and willing to hold people accountable for implementing the plans and providing feedback.

  • Capture Learning and Outcomes - Learning is captured directly onto the Oka platform about the platform itself and about the match and mentor / ally relationship. We also align our data with yours ensuring we are measuring KIPs. In addition data can be collected via questionnaires and through focus groups to ensure broader learnings are effectively collated and outcomes captured.

  • Reflect and Refine - Following the pilot we reflect on the learnings and refine the approach in order to optimize outcomes. This is the first step of many that we take in regularly evaluating progress. We then help you to make decisions about what adjustments need to be made to ensure that the organisation is making progress towards its gender equality goals. This measurement and reflection also provides data from which to clearly demonstrate the ROI of the programme to senior stakeholders and leaders of your organisation.
