Phase 3 - Deployment

Phase 3 of the Oka implementation involves a 12-month deployment with the following elements:

  • Deploy Experience to Entire Workforce: Following the pilot your organisation can move to implement a comprehensive gender diversity program that reaches all employees or a larger subset of employees. This deployment would involve providing training, workshops, and resources on gender diversity, equity, and inclusion some of which you will already deliver and others which we can provide support on or deliver to assist you. Communication plans will also be needed to ensure that every member of the workforce is engaged and informed about the importance of the initiatives. As will identification of key stakeholders to ensure accountability.

  • Scale Mentor and Ally Model: As part of the deployment, you will scale up mentorship and allyship programs to support women in the workplace taking consideration of how and where mentors and ally’s are most helpfully found, the matching process and the desired outcomes.

  • Continual Monitoring and Optimizations: Throughout the 12-month deployment period, we continuously monitor the progress of the Oka gender diversity initiatives and make optimizations as needed. This involves collecting feedback from employees, tracking key metrics related to gender diversity, and evaluating the effectiveness of programs and relating all of this to KPI (Key Performance Indicators) defined in Phase 1. By regularly assessing and adjusting strategies based on feedback and data, your organization can ensure that your gender diversity efforts are impactful and sustainable. Added to which you will have the data needed to shout about your success to the broader marketplace, helping you to become or maintain your position as an employer of choice.
